Frequent questions

Can you add recessed lights to a ceiling that has no attic access?

Often yes. Slim LED wafer lights need very little ceiling depth, and we use small openings to run wire where possible. We'll explain any patching before work starts.

How many recessed lights does a room need?

It depends on the room size, ceiling height and how you use the space. We plan the layout and spacing with you during the visit.

Can I put my existing lights on a dimmer?

Usually, as long as the bulbs or fixtures are dimmable. We'll match a compatible dimmer so LEDs don't flicker or buzz.

Can a ceiling fan go where my light is now?

In many cases. The ceiling box must be rated for a fan, and we replace or brace it if needed.

Do you install outdoor and security lighting?

Yes: porch, patio, landscape and driveway lights, plus motion-sensor fixtures for homes, businesses and HOA common areas.
